Who are you?

We're a group of expats based in China who know what it's like to miss those favorite things from back home. Jinkou is a reputable Hong Kong-registered company and we have also been operating an export company in Mainland China for several years.

Where are you based?

Our Mainland China office is based in Xi'an.

We don't pretend that our prices are the lowest available in China. While we do our utmost to provide the best value we can, we believe that we offer convenience, speed, simplicity and accessibility that many of our competitors simply are not able to offer.

Is it safe to shop on jinkou?

Absolutely!  All our account and checkout pages are encrypted with 256bit encryption.  If you want to be certain, your browser should display security information to the left of the website address that proves that the connection is encrypted.

Where do you ship to?

We aim to ship to any area of China. Please note that in some rural areas, the courier may ask you to go to the depot to collect the package. There are a small number of products that we are unable to deliver to certain provinces. In either case, we'll let you know before shipping. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipments within Xi'an are always free of charge. For other cities please check our shipping information page.

What do I do if the products arrive damaged?

We hope you understand that we cannot take responsibility for any purely superficial damage caused during shipment. However, if the product does arrive in an unusable state, please do get in contact with us and we'll make arrangements to refund or replace it.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment online with Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, as well as via Paypal. We also accept cash on delivery throughout China. 

Will you accept cash?

Yes, we are able to accept cash on delivery throughout China. 

What currencies do you accept?

Prices are shown in Chinese Yuan Renminbi. However, please note that payments made via Paypal or credit/debit card will be charged in Hong Kong dollars at that day's exchange rate. For cash on delivery orders, payment can only be accepted in Chinese Yuan Renminbi.

Can you provide me with a fapiao for my order? 

We are able to provide a fapiao for orders placed since January 2015 once the total amount spent has reached 3,000 RMB. Please email us at info@jinkou.info to request a fapiao and we will include it with your next order.
